Nurture is an internal application developed by Lifelab Studios, Inc. ("Lifelab," "we," "us") for use by authorized Lifelab employees and authorized staff at partner agencies (such as county probation, recovery, and social service organizations). Nurture is not a consumer-facing application and is not distributed to the general public or to clients served by partner agencies.
This Privacy Policy describes how Nurture collects, uses, stores, and protects information when used by authorized users in the course of their work.

When you sign in, we collect basic identifying information including your name, email address, and the organization you are associated with. This is used to authenticate you and associate your activity with your account.
Notes, text content, and links or URLs that you save within the app are stored on our servers so you can access them across devices.
Nurture may request access to your device's camera in order to capture photos or video that you choose to attach to notes or content within the app. Photos and video are only captured when you actively initiate that action. We do not access your camera in the background.
Nurture may request access to your device's microphone in order to record audio that you choose to attach to notes or content within the app. Audio is only recorded when you actively initiate that action. We do not access your microphone in the background.
Nurture may request access to your device's location to associate location context with content you create or to support agency-specific workflows. Location is only collected when you actively use a feature that requires it. We do not track your location in the background.
We may automatically collect basic technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and crash or error logs to maintain and improve the app.

Information collected through Nurture is stored on secure cloud infrastructure operated by Lifelab Studios and our infrastructure providers. We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users through the app or by email.
